Gaining a place to study Medicine at university requires the candidate to follow a number of steps beforehand. The ideal candidate would be academically advanced and can cope well with high volumes of work. At Pembroke Tutors, we support our pupils by ensuring that they are effectively prepared at each stage of their medical school application. From ensuring that they excel in the relevant GCSEs and A-Level (or equivalent) to developing their knowledge for the relevant exam required (such as UKCAT, BMAT or MCAT exam).
We have a 100% success rate of supporting pupils in attaining places at their first or second choice university. We have an over 50% success rate for supporting pupils for Oxbridge entry.
Our success is rooted in the experience and expertise of our teachers. Our tutors are all current Medicine pupils or graduates from leading universities and have a successful track record of preparing their pupils for their medical exams.
After discussing your tuition requirements, we will match a tutor with your child’s educational requirements. From beginning to end, the tutor will create a bespoke educational plan that is tailored to the needs of your child/ren. Your Client Manager will also support in ensuring that communication is seamless throughout the duration and that your goals for your child/ren are met.
Our medical school teachers fully understand the requirements of universities in the UK and abroad. Pembroke Tutors partners with expert Education Consultants who can assist applicants at all stages of the process, including with university selection, personal statement support, admissions test preparation, interview preparation and mock interviews. Starting early is key to ensuring a successful application process: the consultants work with our tutors to advise on how pupils can best position themselves in terms of their academic, extracurricular interests and work experience in the run-up to applications.
